When attending your appointment a full medical history will be taken and it is advised that you bring a list of any medication you are currently taking and keep us updated if there are any changes as this may affect your treatment.

Terms and Conditions: Missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full rate.
